Home / Occupational Therapy
Six core OT services, delivered where life actually happens — your home, your community, or via telehealth. NDIS, aged care and private clients welcome.
Every service below is delivered in your home, out in your community, or via telehealth — by AHPRA-registered occupational therapists. We support NDIS (plan-managed and self-managed), aged care, and private clients across Sydney, Western Sydney and the Illawarra, with telehealth available Australia-wide.
Practical, in-context coaching for the everyday activities that underpin independence — personal care, meal preparation, household routines, money handling, and getting organised for school or work. We break goals into achievable steps and practise them where they actually happen: in your home and community.
Who this helps: NDIS participants of all ages, older adults maintaining independence at home, and anyone rebuilding skills after illness or injury.
Building the confidence and practical skills to get out and participate — public transport training, navigating shops and services, joining social or recreational activities, and planning safe community outings. We work toward genuine, sustainable participation rather than one-off outings.
Who this helps: Participants with community and social participation goals in their NDIS plan, and older adults reconnecting with their community.
Clear, evidence-based documentation that supports your plan — goal setting aligned to your NDIS plan, progress reports for plan reviews, and recommendations written in the language planners and plan managers need. Good reporting protects your funding and keeps supports matched to your goals.
Who this helps: Plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants preparing for plan reviews, and support coordinators seeking thorough OT input.
A comprehensive assessment of how you manage daily activities across self-care, mobility, communication, and community life — resulting in a detailed FCA report. These reports are commonly requested to evidence support needs for NDIS planning and funding reviews.
Who this helps: NDIS participants and their support coordinators or plan managers needing formal evidence of functional support needs.

Assessment of your home environment and formal recommendations for minor modifications — grab rails, ramps, bathroom safety, access improvements — documented to the standard NDIS and aged-care funding bodies require, and focused on safety, access, and long-term independence at home.
Who this helps: Older adults ageing in place, NDIS participants with mobility or safety goals, and families planning ahead after a change in function.
Trial, prescription, and justification of equipment that makes daily life safer and easier — from daily-living aids through to mobility and seating solutions. We handle the assessment and the AT reports funding bodies require, and support you through trials so the equipment genuinely fits your life.
Who this helps: Anyone whose independence would benefit from the right equipment, with funding through NDIS, aged care, or privately.
