Occupational therapy that maps your goals and drafts the practical plan to reach them — at home, in your community, or via telehealth across Sydney, Western Sydney and Wollongong.
Whether you're an NDIS participant, receiving aged care support, or self-funding your therapy — we build the plan around you, not the other way around.
We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants, from children to adults, supporting your goals and independence.
Supporting older Australians to maintain independence, safety, and quality of life at home and in the community.
Self-funded therapy with no referral required. Flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle and individual needs.
Led by our experienced occupational therapist, with more allied health specialists joining the team as we grow.
Supporting you to participate in the activities that matter most in your daily life — at home, at work, and in your community.
Communication, language development, and swallowing support for children and adults of all ages.
Four clear stages. Here's exactly what to expect when you work with Blueprint Therapy Services.
Submit your initial consultation request through our online booking form. Tell us about your needs and availability.
We meet to understand your goals, challenges, and what support will make the most meaningful difference.
We draft a personalised blueprint aligned with your NDIS goals, funding, or private requirements.
Regular sessions, progress reviews, and reports to keep your journey on track and your goals within reach.
We start with what you want to achieve, then design a clear, practical plan to get you there — therapy shaped around your goals, your routines and your pace, never a one-size-fits-all program.
We work with NDIS participants, aged care recipients, and private clients across Sydney, Western Sydney and Wollongong, delivering therapy in your home, your community, or via telehealth — whatever works best for you.
Our occupational therapists are AHPRA registered and members of Occupational Therapy Australia. As a growing practice, we're committed to building a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, bringing a broader range of supports together under one trusted brand.
